Who we are
This notice explains how Ndabenhle Junior Ngulube handles your information when you join the Ears iTrust waitlist at www.earsitrust.com. We are responsible for that information. To contact us about it, email junior@earsitrust.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us on the waitlist form, plus the limited technical data needed to keep the form secure.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. We do not ask for your name or link your waitlist signup to a music service account.
Why we use it
We use your information to tell you about the launch and to understand which music services our listeners use.

Joining the waitlist does not create an Ears iTrust account. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who handles it and where
Your information is stored by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Ireland, in the European Union. AWS hosts this website and our waitlist database on our behalf, and delivers pages through its global network.
We will use an email service provider to send launch email, and it will receive your email address for that purpose. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
If you are outside the EU, your information is transferred to Ireland for storage. Where the law requires a safeguard for this transfer, we rely on your consent or on contractual protections with our providers.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist record until 12 months after launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Deleted records can remain in our encrypted backups for up to 35 days before they are gone for good.
Your choices and rights
You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing junior@earsitrust.com. Every launch email we send will also include an unsubscribe link.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- See the information we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Withdraw your consent, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it
- Complain to your data protection regulator: the Information Regulator in South Africa, your national data protection authority in the EU or EEA, the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or your state attorney general in the US
To use any of these rights, email junior@earsitrust.com. We will respond within one month.
Security
We encrypt your information in transit and in storage, and we limit who can access it. The website itself can add signups but cannot read the list. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us if you suspect a problem.
Children
The waitlist is for people aged 18 or older. If you believe someone younger has signed up, email junior@earsitrust.com and we will delete their record.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if our practices change, and we will record the date above. We will tell you by email about any significant change once we have started sending email.
